Frances Koh (pictured), head of marketing and e-commerce at Sephora (LVMH) Singapore has left the company. At Sephora, Koh helped to develop marketing and e-commerce strategies in building customer loyalty and driving differentiation for the cosmetic giant. Koh confirmed the move to Marketing and added that she is currently taking a break.
Marketing understands that Sephora is still looking for Koh’s replacement at the moment. On that, the company has actually posted on LinkedIn Jobs in its search for the right candidate in this role.
Koh joined Sephora earlier this year from Mediacorp, where she was vice president of trade marketing and communications. In Mediacorp, Koh was responsible for trade marketing and communications to increase brand awareness and preference among its clients and partners. Over her five-year tenure, she implemented numerous new initiatives within the trade marketing unit to drive efficiencies and top-of-mind to Mediacorp’s trade partners.
Prior to Mediacorp, she was working for the McDonald’s Singapore marketing team where she headed the launch of new products through first-ever digital campaign and integrated marketing initiatives. She was also tasked to reposition the McCafe business as well as, rework the marketing strategies in hitting sales targets.
Meanwhile, Sephora has appointed Shaleniie Devi as its marketing manager for retail and digital. Moving back to Singapore from Mexico, Devi who started the new role in September will help to drive revenue across all channels including the brick and mortar, website and mobile app. She is also responsible for all marketing activities across retail and e-commerce channels in Singapore, including but not limited to in store, on-site, social, SEO and SEM, according to her LinkedIn.
